What really matters to us
Responsible

For us, True & Fair also means that we are aware of our special responsibility for our environment and our fellow human beings. In our production, we not only strive for a particularly low “climate footprint” - we are a member of the alliance ‘Klimabündnis Ebersberg-München’.

However, we also know that not everyone has the same understanding of responsible behavior. Our company is therefore not only certified according to the Cosmos standard, but also according to the Halal standard.

Fair production conditions

For us, True & Fair also means ensuring fair production conditions as far as possible. The British economist Ernst F. Schumacher already described the basis for this in 1972 in his work “Small is beautiful”. The aim is not to maximize profits, but to achieve sustainability, satisfaction and meaningful work. Small units often require more manpower, but due to simpler machines they save energy, conserve resources and are more meaningful for employees. Despite the higher personnel costs, we always endeavor to pay our employees in such a way that they can afford to live in the Munich metropolitan region without additional state support if possible, but we also know that not everyone understands responsible action in the same way. Our company is therefore not only certified to the Cosmos standard, but also to the Halal standard.

Open communication

For us, True & Fair also means communicating openly and transparently with our customers at all times. Not everything works right away, delivery terms for raw materials can be delayed, upscaling from the laboratory to the production machine can require adjustments. We discuss all of this promptly with our customers and inform them openly about possible risks and schedule changes. In doing so, we endeavor to take the customer's interests into account as much as possible.
